Note: The current Early Group and Main Group meeting times at the high school meeting place are listed on the home page.  Please note that the times change throughout the year to account for higher temperatures in the summer and shorter days in the winter. The times listed in the schedule below are for existing club members meeting directly at the trailhead.  New runners please meet at the High School meeting location.

For Sunday runs there are two groups of runners. The "Early" group who are runners that would like additional time to complete the course, and the "Main" group including everyone else.

The Early Group and the Main Group both meet on Temescal Canyon at the Palisades High School Track.

The current Early Group and Main Group meeting times at the high school meeting place are listed on the home page.  Please note that the times change throughout the year to account for higher temperatures in the summer and shorter days in the winter. The times listed in the schedule below are for existing club members meeting directly at the trailhead.  New runners please meet at the High School meeting location.

"Early Start and Main Start" is the estimated time of arrival at the trailhead based on the travel time from Palisades High School to the Trailhead.

In the event of an extremely heavy rain storm, the scheduled run will be changed to the Westridge/Nike Site out & back.

All first time runners are required to run with the Early Group or the Main Group on their initial run with the club.

EACH RUNNER MUST BRING THEIR OWN WATER TO CARRY WITH THEM ON ALL RUNS
